New Delhi: A powerful determination panel headed by Head of the state Narendra Modi on Thursday delegated two resigned IAS officials - Gyanesh Kumar (Kerala unit) and Sukhbir Singh Sandhu (Uttarakhand framework) - as political decision magistrates, Congress pioneer Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said.
