A battle broke out at Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru School (JNU) on Thursday night between students having a spot with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and Left-related get-togethers, including the All India Students' Connection (AISA).
Three students hurt in the fight during the general body meeting (GBM) at the School of Language, Composing and Social Assessments have been taken ownership of Safdarjung Clinical center.
A video of the demonstrated episode shows a man whipping students with a stick; another catch shows an individual throwing a bicycle at students. Other demonstrated accounts showed individuals being mobbed and beat by a social occasion even as JNU security work force endeavored to save them.
Hitting out at the ABVP, AISA said in its announcement, "The last day of the GBM at the School of Vernaculars saw another round of brutality by ABVP hooligans.
